It's just not the norm. This is the equivalent of the nfl having their top seed off for a month before the divisional round while the team they will face played the previous 3 weeks
If this clown is going to tell you that playing 2 games in 9 days is a good thing, I guess you have to let him. The rest of us know that this is not how baseball works.

Did I say good thing? It’s give and take. You can’t lose and you get rest and you get to set up your pitching. If you can’t stay active in that time through simulated games and BP then fuck you, you lose.

Also a great touch getting called a clown by a Hucklefuck conspiracy theorist like yourself.

If a franchise is mismanaged there isn’t enough money in the world to overcome it.

Very true.
Conversly, if a franchise is managed extremely well, then spending a boatload of money is not crucial to their success.

If you want a run of contending you do, even if it’s paying your own players.

I was going to ask if "Wave 'em home" Wendell Kim was available for 3b coach.

Turns out he died in 2015. :sad2:
Can't believe it's been 8 years since Windmill passed.

Elias told us they were going to sit pat on getting starting pitching at the trade deadline.
The Orioles plan was to put it all together by next year 2025, and anything before that was unexpected bonus winning.

The front office refused to budge and trade for any top line starters. They absolutely made that clear.
I guess I agree with it, despite having so many trade assets to get whomever they want.

But, it is really painful to see the reality of guys like Dean Kremer, Gibson, Flaherty, and a rookie as possible post-season starters.
