Shanahan optimistic Rueben Foster will play this week. This will be a big boost to the defense. Won't have to watch Coyle stumbling and losing pace of RBs the whole game
Now we get to see the first outing of CJ Beathard when the opposing team knows he's gonna start, and with some film on him to boot. I'm thinking Shanahan will turn to Hyde for a more ground oriented attack, and give CJ some easy throws early on - get into a rhythm. I figured the Cowboys would return to somewhere around 8-8 cause...that's what they are....so I wouldn't be surprised if SF picked up its first win.
Dallas defense hasn't been great but their pass defense is ranked 16th in the NFL which isn't awful. The game is at home too but it might end up getting filled with Cowboy fans. I read the same thing this morning that the team needs more from Hyde with Beathard making his first start
Yep. You CANNOT get sacked outside the tackle box. Absolutely inexcusable and it takes them out of field goal range.Beathard has to learn how to get rid of the ball quicker. Shanahan can help him out with some quick throw plays.
I would be surprised if they win a game this year. They seem more interested in kneeling for the anthem. News flash to the 49ers; no one gives a fuck anymore. An absolute pathetic, disgusting, garbage embarrassment by the 49ers today. One huge step backwards after the last few weeks of being competitive. They will be 0-8 heading into the AZ game after losing in PHI next Sunday. Just win a damn game and don't go 0-16.
Beathard has ZERO pocket presence...the rusher came straight up the gut...literally right up his face and he didn't see it. That's a trait either you have or you don't. You don't learn it.
