This was inspired by the Levi's Stadium Brick buying and 12th man Banner flying Seahawk fans this year. And a portion of the money raised is going to the Seattle children's Hospital, so thats cool. I do think the Billboard is extremely tacky however and am embarrassed by it honestly.

The seahawks and Niners need each other. Each team makes the other better. Buying bricks and flying banners or putting up billboards is just fans with too much time on their hands.
I was a fan of the niners during the eighties when they put up all those superbowl wins. It was good football to watch even though I had no idea of what the west coast offense was. The Hawks were an expansion team and usually played that way.
The past is something to be proud of but it means nothing today. Most of today's players were not born or were drooling on their bibs at that time. Fu%^$ I am old! Too bad for E. Debartolo. It was something special but could've been even more.

I have no problem with it. I think it is pretty cool the rivalry has reached the point where the opposing fan bases do such things to each other. If you ask me it is fun. As much as I dislike the 49ers and their fans stuff like this makes the games a bit more interesting.

Not that it's wrong to live in the past because they have a rich history. But it also shows concession.
