Maybe temporarily. A stand alone arena has to be preferable.

The Climate Pledge arena is also home to the Seattle Storm. Getting an NBA team to move in is not an issue.

Staples (or Crypto) is also home to the Sparks and Kings, as well as the Clippers for now.

Seattle is more than ready as soon as they get the go-ahead. And the season tickets will most likely be sold out in hours.

I was just surprised that they didn't last year, since the team was competitive and in the playoff race.
It got weird here with the tank coinciding with COVID. Discussions on starting a new arena have started, hoping it happens.

The Thunder are known to be the best home crowd out there, period. Yes the tank and COVID affected that short term.

I'm not bashing, just surprised their numbers were as low as they were this season.

I know, like I said it got weird around here. The City of OKC went pretty hardcore on COVID compared to the rest of the State. Then the tank. I’m confident the fans will come back this season but the arena that is being discussed better happen.

They need more seats to sell.
