Speight has either a fractured or seriously bruised collar bone. That's not a fair avi bet. We don't even know if he plays. This is also a team game and I think our running game isn't good enough to win this game. Pick any Qb in Michigan history to start today, and I don't think any of them are good enough to beat OSU if our run game gets stuffed today like he has been in previous weeks.

Life is about perspective. I used to take this much more seriously than I do now . . .

4 years ago my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. 7 surgeries and a year of chemo has resulted in her being cancer free but I look back at how upset I used to get about how the Buckeyes did or did not perform and it frankly seems a bit silly compared to the truly important things in life.

I don't temper my expectations because I really don't have any. I hope the Buckeyes win. If they do, I will probably get a new t-shirt out of the deal. If they don't, it won't change my life one iota.

I'm torn between wanting a close game decided in the final seconds or wanting one of the teams to win by 60 just so I can make fun of the losers.... I suppose I'd rather have a close game BUT if one of the 2 teams can really do something stupid at the end to lose it that'd be much appreciated.

I laugh at my niece's husband who is a Wisconsin fan all the time. Wisky doesn't beat OSU so he roots for everyone playing them to do what they are unable to do themselves.
