No, no no no! You do not get any of that! The correct thing to for the Rams to do is give their 1st to Seattle for free... and for Aaron to come out of retirement and also play for Seattle.

Aaron as a double-agent, injuring the Seahawks QBs in practice so they don't even get to the games, then mysteriously pulling a hammy in warm ups, sounds good!

Then I should thank AJ Brown for keeping Devonta Smith cheaper cause I think St Brown and Smith are essentially same/same
It would be interesting to see Smith without Brown. St Brown maintained after Laporta became a big time target, but if Lions added Tee Higgins or the like would it change? Who knows. 30 is slightly more than the projected 28, but keeping critical parts of an elite offense is money well spent imo.

Damn! Devonta Smith looks like a bargain at 25 then.
I think they both got paid their market value.
Agreed with both of you. Relatively speaking, the Eagles got a bit more value in the Smith signing, but he's still at best the #2 WR on his own team, whereas St. Brown is clearly the tops for his. I'd also go as far to say he's the best receiver in the league when it comes to rarely being mentioned amongst the best receivers in the league. You always hear about Hill, Jefferson, A.J Brown, Lamb when talking about the league's best, but St. Brown is right up there with these guys.

I hope that Bateman extension was on the cheap. He hasn't proven anything to date other than a proclivity for injury.

Damn! Howie Roseman is a fucking genius. He got Mailota at 3 years 66 million!
Sewell is 3.5 years younger. I think its fair to say that he was going to cost more. I like this contract more than the Amon Ra one, tbh

Because of position I agree. As good as he is though, dude is a Right Tackle not a left tackle. I’m not sure where you are on that. Some people make less of that distinction than they used to.

I think it matters until you're elite (top 5 OT overall) in which case the RT should get paid like an LT.

Eagles getting their franchise LT in the 7th round is kind of like a cheat code in terms of value. Drafting OL right now is pretty much 'is he Samoan?' and 'whats his arm length' and 'whats his short shuttle' and thats like 95% of it.
