Bellinelli is a scrub that got cut by the Hawks. He is a journey man. Kyle Korver is one of the best snipers in the history of NBA basketball.

Kyle Korver finished 6th in 3 pt % this year. He finished 2nd last year. Bellineli is playing for his 5th team in the last 4 years.

Bellineli is a LOT closer to Jose Calderon than he is to Kyle Korver.

Korver is a better 3 point shooter than Bellinelli. They are both specialists that are defensive liabilities. And their advanced metrics reflect that.

I'll be shocked if the Cavs or Raptors don't come out of their side of the East bracket.

The other side of the bracket seems wide open though. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see the Heat, Bucks, 76ers or Celtics make the ECF.

Cavs need to:

1. play with some urgency and emotion

2. hit open shots

if they do those things they should be fine.

1) should be obvious for the playoffs for all teams in the playoffs

2) Yeah if Indy give them the same open shots and Lebron is more efficient, Cavs should win by 10+ points IMO.

Wow they get paid shit. Pretty sure most of us on here makes more than these guys

Big Pay Raises Coming for G League Players

One of the players, I think it was James Michael McAdoo said when the E-Sports leagues came out that the NBA franchises were paying those guys MORE than the G-League players. I think they said each of the gamers got something like 35K per year and full health benefits, etc. That's crazy for the G-Leaguers to make less.

$7000/mo is a nice salary if it's for the entire year

True but for them it's not for the entire year.

Not sure when the d-league season start but guess it ranges from October or November through April

Yea that's what sucks about it. Probably better to get a lump sum since it's not very much anyway.

Big Pay Raises Coming for G League Players

Some people have suggested making the G League an alternative to One-and-Done in College.

To do that they need to completely change their approach:
  • Better coaching (both better coaches and focus on fundamentals & teaching)
  • Change of coaching philosophy ... the reason the league exists is to develop players -- not to win the G League championship -- like Minor League baseball
  • Better facilities
  • Higher salaries
  • Better stuff like meals, accommodations, etc. (today players pay for their own for meals -- often eat crap because that is all they can afford)

3 games tonight; I expect Raptors to win, Bucks to tie their series up as well as the Trail Blazers. As to the Cavs they play tomorrow night, I expect them to win big. If not they're down big going to Indiana which is not something the Cavs should want to be in.

Candace Parker makes $105,000 for 3 months of the WNBA.

Lowest paid is $36,000.

The G League should be SHAME.

The recently announced E-League, as in the dudes that play NBA 2k competitively, make 35,000 also. Fucking dudes playing video games making as much as professional (minor league) players
