Cavs have all the weapons in place to get to the finals where anything can happen. Thibs has been looking for a championship for a while. Yea Wolves are young team but players job hop these days so no guarantee they will all grow together.

No anything can't happen. The Warriors will beat them again even if Thibs was coaching.

I see why Billy Donovan is such a bad coach.

You have a shit bench but you bench your big 3 all at the same time? LMAO idiot.

Those 3 guys should never be on the bench together unless they're all in foul trouble
Smartest.

Man.

On.

I understand giving Russ some time on the bench. But I'd leave PG/Melo out there and run the offense through them. Donnovan was just a master recruiter at UF. I always get skeptical on college coaches that had success at such a high level because they had a talent advantage over 90% of the teams they were going against at that level. In the NBA/NFL, you're not afforded the same luxury.

Which is why only Larry Brown has been able to coach both CBB and NBA well.

Improved defensive leadership will significantly increase their chances. They won't even make it to the finals as is

They won't even make it past the 2nd round at this point if this is the type of defense they are going to play. A trade won't solve it. Their defense is the worse than the 2000's Suns and thats saying something

I'm willing to put a month-long AVI bet on that. No team in the East will knock the Cavs out before the 2nd round.

Nope. And that factoid right there is why I'm a fan of Brown. He took a pedestrian 76ers team to the Finals and happened to win a game on the Lakers' home court who was arguably their most dominant title team this century. And his Finals series win with Detroit was a thing of beauty where he didn't have a bonafide super star on his team; just really good players.

Brown is without a doubt the best basketball coach in history.

One's idiotic boost to their ego insinuating that men and women are judged equally on one's respective looks.
I don't care what she looks like.

She's a pretty good sideline reporter and game analyst.

Jeff Van Gundy isn't exactly easy on the eyes either.

But, he has a job. She should too.

I'd rather her call games than Webber.

You got the Celtics, Wizards, maybe Bucks that could knock them out. Celtics definitely will

Webber's thanking his lucky stars that he's making around 7-figures because he was good at basketball. Because he has no other talent.

I agree, Burke wasn't hired for her stunning looks. Although, for being in her 50's, she's not bad looking. I just wouldn't flock to a store to buy her swimsuit addition if SI hired her on tomorrow.

Trae Young with 48 in a losing effort.

Took 39 shots (20 of them were 3's) and had 7 turnovers

I'm willing to make a month-long AVI bet that the Cavs will not be knocked out of the playoffs before the 2nd round. Meaning if the Cavs make the ECF, you obviously lose.

You providing me teams that could potentially beat them is just telling me you're a pussy.

He's certainly in my top 5 all-time. Pop's my number 1.

It's like debating Mays vs Ruth in baseball. Mays was arguably a better overall player than Ruth, but only as a position player. Ruth was also a hall of fame level pitcher. Pop has the NBA track record over Brown, but Brown also dominated in college.

Brown also took teams to the playoffs everywhere he went, and often deep in the playoffs. He won a title with no HOFers (Pop never did that) and got AI and a bucket of nothing to the Finals. Pop never showed he could coach another team. Tough choice, I say Brown.

I've lost interest in the Kings drafting him recently, although he wasn't top 2-3 on my board anyway.
