While I do agree, Nascar made it very clear before the season that the infraction for what Wolfe was placed on probation(adjusting the fenders), was to not be tampered with by any means after the vehicle went through inspection.

Personally I only consider things they do cheating if Nascar was to knowingly allow it.

Being widely reported tonight that Stewart is retiring after the 2016 season, with Bowyer replacing him in 2017. Bowyer will drive a 3rd Harry Scott Motorsports ride in 2016, with a technical alliance with SHR.

I'll be shocked if there's not an assload of controversy after this one in Phoenix today. I guess this is what Nascar secretly wants, because a two race suspension won't deter a top driver from dumping another driver to get into the top four at Homestead.
