Hate to say it but I have driven many many times under the influence, but I have never struck or women and never will. Having said that I don't judge other people , except pedofiles

And people in line at Dunkins ordering a 4 course meal during morning rush.

I fing hate those people!:gaah:

Yes...and it was only a football decision based solely on him being able to help the Patriots win football games. Where I start to throw up a bit in my mouth is when certain Patriots' fans suggest that the Patriots organization signs these players so that they can help them in their time of need.

It can be both you know, and not exclusively the latter.

I love the Patriots

The voice from the telescreen was still pouring forth its tale of prisoners and booty and slaughter, but the shouting outside had died down a little. The waiters were turning back to their work. One of them approached with the gin bottle. @DirtDirtDirt , sitting in a blissful dream, paid no attention as his glass was filled up. He was not running or cheering any longer. He was back in the Hoopala Ministry of Love, with everything forgiven, his soul white as snow. He was in the public dock, confessing everything, admitting Tom Brady is the G.O.A.T., implicating the Mara family as corrupt and evil. He was walking down the white-tiled corridor, with the feeling of walking in sunlight, and an armed guard at his back. The long-hoped-for bullet was entering his brain.

He gazed up at the handsome face Bob Kraft. Forty years it had taken him to learn what kind of smile was hidden beneath. O cruel, needless misunderstanding! O stubborn, self-willed exile from the loving breast! Two gin-scented tears trickled down the sides of his nose. But it was all right, everything was all right, the struggle was finished. He had won the victory over himself. He loved The New England Patriots.

You don't do the "high and mighty" very well.
I don't imagine that he is "innocent" Perhaps you could just shoot him?
What difference is it to you that NE is taking a chance on him and maybe he'll get lucky and correct his ways?
Oh, I get it. You are just another whiny hater.

Ah, keep up the straw man arguments, you are clearly reaching. Shoot him? No, he goes to jail. But that doesn't stop the Patriots trying to get some use out of him before the NFL suspends him.

Don't ever denigrate the Patriots, as a fan might call you a "whiny hater", lol. It's amazing how quickly fans of the most successful franchise in the past 20 years get butthurt; you would think they would have some tolerance built up.

Probably is guilty, but then again I also know of a case personally where the cops approached it the same way only to find out the person wasn't intoxicated. Complicated case that invovled a series of errors by the investigation/cops on a person that was having a diabetic episode.

Nor is there any such restriction of employment in the NFL at this time.

Probably, lol? They took a blood test an hour and a half after the arrest, and his BAC was STILL almost triple the legal limit. Passed out at the wheel in traffic. Prior conviction. EVIDENCE.

It's amazing how morons that are haters of the Patriots lack basic reading comprehension, and fill in their blanks with predisposed narratives.

So what was the chain of evidence for that test? Who was the lab responsible for testing? Do they have a history of error? Etc.

He's highly likely guilty, 99% range, but as a citizen of this great country he is afforded the right to be innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers or jurist.

People like you are what is wrong with the system, not the people working within the system.

Yeah, ummm no you didn't.

You filled in your own mental blanks with assumptions based on your hatred of all things Patriots.

Did you read the articles about this? Testing at that BAC level in Arizona is an AUTOMATIC 45 day jail stint. That is the law, not trying to weasel out of it in court. Keep hanging on to that minute chance that he's innocent though if it makes you feel better...

Wow, do you live in a bubble.

And you are a tard when it comes to a persons rights.

By the way you mentioned prior conviction as "EVIDENCE", it is in fact not evidence unless the accused chooses to testify. Tard :thumb:

Is this what happens to Rams fans at the end of the season?
I'm "butthurt"?????
Seriously dude, I don't care what you think. Patriots made a football decision and it might work out.
Actually, he has already contributed while receivers have been out.

I'm looking for the 1% chance he was not totally fucking hammered and passed out in traffic that NE's holding out hope for.

We better wait until we fully question the testing facility. You just can't jump to conclusions.

We're still waiting for you to confirm you are in fact not an English teacher, being that your reading comprehension sucks on such a high level.

I believe, as I have stated that he is highly likely guilty; however I also believe he has the same rights that you and I do, and that is to be tried by a jury of his peers. There are often different levels of guilt with different levels of punishment. It's not all just about guilt.

You are a danger to the general public, more so than he was sitting at that light.

I highly doubt this applies in his case, but feel free to look through the lists of times police mistake diabetic seizure for being under the influence.
