Tough break. Dude is just so much fun to watch.
Does this give Von Miller the inside track to DPOY?
Marcus Peters is on pace for 12 interceptions this year though!

Probably because Von Miller is going to have a lot of the flashy numbers voters look for and is on a good team, but that's probably my inner Aaron Donald truther talking.

...I'm telling you. The old "injuries are part of the game" is not going to cut it any longer.
We are at the edge of what is sustainable. The Giants & skins game alone had 4 players from the secondary knocked out of the game and I know Hall is out for the season.
..I get the feeling there is a black Sunday coming when there will be carnage across the NFL. Guys injured everywhere.
You can tell I just threw out a number for giggles. But yes, mathematically, you're correct. That'd crush the NFL record of 14 interceptions in a season.Much closer to 21 than 12. At present he's averaging 1.3 per game.
Well if we're talking mathematical paces, Von Miller is on pace for 26.5 sacks. You can tell I just threw out a number for giggles. But yes, mathematically, you're correct. That'd crush the NFL record of 14 interceptions in a season.

Peters certainly has a chance, but I think Von has to be put up as the favorite right now. He's got the bigger name recognition, and Peters will get knocks for getting burned from time to time. He's really a feast or famine kind of corner. And right now quarterbacks keep challenging him, but if he continues to pick off passes at a high rate teams will start avoiding him more.
Yeah, its time to make it within the rules to allow players to use roids. The ones that promote healing and recovery. Not only are these guys just too damn big and strong in today's era. A lot of them likely over-train during the off-season as well setting themselves up for injury.
Here's to Watt getting 100% healthy. I read somewhere that his initial injury gave him pause and had him thinking retirement. I wonder if this latest injury or re-injury draws him claoser to that possibility.
He's already played 5 seasons though.Boz played 3 seasons in the NFL. I think Watt is on the same road
Still the same road ..He's already played 5 seasons though.
Tough break for JJ Watt. He'll rehab and be back next season.
I think he pushed himself to come back too soon.
