I am oddly annoyed he came back just in time to be a pain in the ass for the Chiefs. I guess if the Chiefs see the Texans in the playoffs we'll have Justin Houston.

Just read about this...If a guy like him is going to have to sit out, it must be a REALLY bad injury

This is sadly what happens to the human body when you work through pain and do super human training. He's going to have to learn about isometric training like Bruce Lee did. Very few athletes know about these exercises.

Injuries fucking suck. If he has to sit all season, I hope he come back full strength next year.

Sucks balls. Kid is a beast. IMO he might want to sit out not just this season but until he is fully healed. Hate to see the next headline that reads " Watt Has Career Ending Back Surgery". Hope he heals well.

Was it the splitting logs or the NE ass whoopin that re-injured his back?
In all seriousness this sucks bad. I had Houston as a playoff team. Not sure now. I realize one person doesn't make a team. But JJ is the Texans. Like others said I hope he takes the season off and comes back 100% next year.

Sorry to disappoint you guys but you won't get a meltdown on me from this.

Had the Texans won in New England or even been competitive, I might have given you a meltdown. But, the reality is, even with a healthy Watt, the Texans are only good enough to win the shit sandwich division known as the AFC South and then be dog-meat for a real contender in the playoffs.

So, the reality is, this blow has been softened tremendously for the Texans fans as we know who we are as a team. And we never were a Super Bowl contender and that was made painfully obvious when Belichick kicked our asses with a third string rookie quarterback.

TJ Watt dedicating his season with the Badgers to his brother. He's going for the college sack record.

Way to keep it real Toxin. I don't think many took them for a SB contender but like you mentioned the playoffs. Got to start somewhere. Who knows now you may get a higher draft pick and be more competative. Good luck

Backs are nothing to screw around with...glad they shut him down because warriors like JJ would try to play through anything.

Tough break. Dude is just so much fun to watch.

Does this give Von Miller the inside track to DPOY?
