I think Fed uses Lumosity.com to stay sharp mentally. 1-5 Monf serving.

I'm still worried about how often Fed is getting broken, but this a reminder about how tough it is to advance. Gael was one pretty easy shot on that first match point away from wrecking my night. Instead, I'm celebrating good wins by my two favorite athletes.

5-1 fed serving for the match.

 What a dunce. You do not even have faith in your own favorite to pull through the match and you come here after the fact to proclaim what? Here is what you posted:

"The reason why it will be near impossible to come back is that the true bounce surface allows a player who gets into a hot zone and rhythm to really dial his tennis in and gain more and more momentum and win quickly. Fed is not going to pull a Nadal and take an injury break so he will not be able to break or disrupt monf's rhythm or game with his subpar play and will lose.

My goodness, how clueless can you be? And you claim you know tennis? You cannot even analyze your own favorite and his game and emphatically claim he will lose. Now that he has won, :wtf2: are you bleeping about, the clueless one?

Liberal Bacon, any true tennis observer knows and can tell you that Monfils choked big time. I am a hardcore Fedfan but I am not blind. I predicted what should have been the outcome applying common sense. Too bad I was wrong and put you in agony instead.

Monfils just needed to keep his cool and his serves in he dfed like 10 times and a few on crucial stages. Explaining tennis to you is like trying to teach kindergarten kids to listen and not go potty right in the classroom. Sheesh! Run back to your Serena temple and keep praying that her next opponent sprays UES and dfs the match away and her give her another cupcake win. It's amazing how weak this era is, she can sleepwalk through the draw and win a slam.

And for the record Monfils had two match points that he could have made and your inane post wouldn't have existed. So yeah I was right that he was gonna win. He almost did but blundered the shot all on his own.

I was disappointed in set 5 for Monfils. Once he felt he wasn't going to win he gave up. I never thought he'd take Roger to 5, and when it was 2-0 and he was charging in set 3 I had Roger as dead.

But not. Roger gets marks from me for persevering, Monfils gets marks for taking Roger to 5 but loses a few for seemingly quitting on the job.

The finals fall on a Monday meaning fed gets to rest his old bones for a day and half and I won't be watching (at work at that time). So won't be jinxing the match cause he loses whenever I watch or look at the score. Perfect.

Monday is a bother for me too but my PVR will take care of things till I get home.

Again, you are an ingorant airhead who does not know a "B" from a bull's foot when it comes to tennis. You could not even have faith in your own favorite knowing in tennis anything at all can happen and that this is not the first time that Federer has come back from two sets down. Anybody who knows tennis knows that sometimes in a match you can lose your timing and rhythm, however, experienced champions know how to get out of almost impossible situations and that is what went over your head in your ignorance. Shut up, you pinhead.

Again you are babbling and creating hypothetical situations based on past results. Federer has also lost matches where he was two sets down against Nadal at Wimbledon and probably at Australian open (doesnt help that Nadal does all the blood doping and other PED products). You on the other hand started following tennis maybe five years after Serena Williams burst into the scene and have become quite the "knowledgeable" tennis fan?? LOL! Your posts not only reveal your lack of maturity as an individual but also brings to light the glaring holes in your tennis knowledge and comprehension. Instead of babbling incoherence here you should read a book on tennis or pick up a tennis racquet and hit some balls. :L (I would also suggest that you take an English class).
