Fed has been gritty all summer, even when he isn't that sharp. Hopefully, he shows it today. It's looking pretty bleak now.

If it gets to a 5th he will win.....The issue is getting it to a 5th

The reason why it will be near impossible to come back is that the true bounce surface allows a player who gets into a hot zone and rhythm to really dial his tennis in and gain more and more momentum and win quickly. Fed is not going to pull a Nadal and take an injury break so he will not be able to break or disrupt monf's rhythm or game with his subpar play and will lose.

Fed has to disrupt the rhythm. Nadal would have pulled a time out under his uncles instructions by now.

Where are the aces for Fed? A guy with a large wingspan is hard to ace but fed serves better than this.

Fed coming back somewhat. Won the third and holding serve with a lot of effort.

Getting into long rallies is a good idea for this match on monf's serve.

The crowd is subdued a lot and very quiet. Monf just saves two bps like he was swatting a fly.

Fed loses whenever I start watching. I stepped away from the computer and he closed out the third set and got a break in the fourth.

Fed is self destructing. I have little doubt that a guy with zero slams could beat even an aging champ like Fed of his game was on, and being prepared is just one of the sides of fed that got him where he is - at the GOAT debate. Your posts are devoid of any strengths and you just regurgitate numbers off of google. Can't analyze the game because you don't really understand it. If fed loses he loses. Nothing I can do. He is playing not you or I. Read some tennis books. Go hit some balls then come back at me boy.

What a sniveling airhead! I did not post numbers you did. You put up head to head numbers from google and I just responded, but you are too twisted even to know. You have the analytic acuity of a dunce to actually analyze anything in less. In just one game you claimed Monfiels was unprepared before he went on to take two sets from your favorite. Now after many angst you are clamoring for his coming back. What a tool. You know nothing about tennis. All that you know is t hate on players who are not your favorites by baselessly accusing them of taking drugs. You are an incorrigible dip-head.
