The point is you stated (incorrectly) that the relief from Zantac lasts longer than Prilosec. That is factually incorrect.

RE-read my post. The time was a rebuttal to you stating I needed a simple antacid. Zantac has a longer timeframe between doses than a simple antacid(as you put it).

Some people have a thing called loyalty. That is all can say. When you leave every single position and constantly have feelers out for a new position.

TO your claim that every coach does that. WRONG. Bobby Bowden, Jimbo Fisher, Joe Pa, Frank Beamer, Pete Carroll while at USC before the NCAA got in, Spurrier at UF, shall I keep going?

Actually Bobby stayed at WVU for 6 years and went to an even WORSE program than WVU was at the time. So please tell me again how he went to a "Better program".

Not every coach actively keeps feelers out man. It is more prevelant now because of the what have you done for me lately. Urban could have stayed at UF for long time had he recruited the QB to run his offense. And to claim that during the BCS era that UF is a second rate school is laughable.

LOL, and you call me out for speculating. This is flat out ridiculous.

Carroll left before the hammer dropped and went to the NFL. Yeah, really loyal. Fisher is at a premier program that's ranked #1 so he has no reason to leave. Joe Pa was also at a premier program that he loved. Beamer is in probably the best position of any coach in the nation. He never wins big games outside of the ACC, has never won a NC, has a horrible record vs. ranked teams outside of the ACC and gets called one of the best coaches in the nation because VT lacks elite expectations.

Florida is not at the level of Ohio State as far as being a destination coaching position, and that's pretty common knowledge. I'd love to see your proof of him "actively keeping feelers out". He could've stayed at UF if he wanted to, but he didn't. He's where he wants to be, unless you have some proof of him "putting out more feelers".

Nick Saban
Les Miles
Steve Spurrier
Rich Rodriguez
Steve Sarkisian
Gus Malzahn
Art Briles
Kevin Sumlin

Know what all of these well-known coaches have in common? They've left coaching positions to go elsewhere because it was a clearly better opportunity. Are every one of these coaches also classless? Or are you going to just continue to inexplicably single out Meyer?

ND has more readily available cash than OSU and by a wide margin. These are the revenues and expenses for both this year in football.

Ohio State $34,026,871 $58,112,270

Notre Dame $25,757,968 $68,986,659

The dollar on the left are their football expenses. The right is their Revenue. OSU has a profit of around $24 million. ND has a profit of around $43 million. Just in football revenue alone ND can pay more for a coach. If they want someone they can buy them at will. That is not including their boosters and what not. Also ND is paying their current coach and two ex coaches as well.

I'm sure TOSU could find the $$$ if it had too.

Why would Urban want to even think about going to ND or vice versa. It's a lateral move at best and Brian Kelly seems like a good fit for their program. I think Urbs is where he wants to be and it's likely he will retire from coaching altogether while at Ohio State in the distance future.

You call going to the Orange Bowl ruined.

I would say not going to a bowl game and getting beat by Georgia Southern is much worse than losing to a good Michigan State team.

I would rather lose now than get embarrased in the NCG. FSU is by far the superior team this year, they will shred any teams secondary and Auburn is their last victim.

I know youre mad u didnt get to the nc. Im fine bro, I stopped caring about this season months ago. Id be devastated If my team won 24 in a row and lost in the game that would get us to the championship. Anyways, you guys didnt deserve it anyway. Enjoy the Tangerine bowl or whatever irrelevant bowl game youre playing in.

Nick Saban-- MSU 5 yrs, LSU 5 yrs, Bama 7 yrs.
Les Miles -- 4 yrs at Okie Lite and 9 yrs at LSU.
Steve Spurrier -- UF 12 yrs, Redskins 2, Scar 9 yrs.
Rich Rodriguez -- Correct
Steve Sarkisian -- HC for 5 yrs all at Washington until this year.
Gus Malzahn -- 2nd yr total of being a HC. Was the obvious choice for Auburn considering he was there for 3 yrs as an assistant.
Art Briles -- 5 yrs at Houston, 6 years at Baylor with another contract through 2020. Take him off. Only 2nd coaching position.
Kevin Sumlin -- 4 yrs at Houston and only in his 2nd yr at aTm with a contract through 2019. Only 2nd coaching position.

Your best bet would have been Lame Kiffin.

Notice the bolded parts.

Does anybody really care about bowl games? I really never have. The SEC championship is the biggest game to me every year.

I have no idea if he would leave for ND or not. He just stated so many times that ND was his dream job ever since he was a assistant there. He may be where he wants to be. Only time will tell.

He was at Florida for 6 years, longer than many of the tenures you just tried to point out as being acceptable. Or are you still befuddled as to why a coach would leave Utah for Florida?

Not mad at all. I was on last night congratulating Michigan State on stepping up and ending our streak. Bro, you should know by now that TOSU fans aren't going to run and hide just because we lose one game. We are not fair weather fans and have known both failure and success through the years. Yes, the loss sucks, but it is an opportunity for our coaching staff to address something that need to be fixed.

Again nothing to be devastated over as we have a top five recruiting class coming in and a playoff system that likely will help us get a peak at the big game in the future.

I will enjoy Orange Bowl and a chance to play a good Clemson team. Enjoy seeing Meyer come to Florida to steal some more talent out of your state.
