It isn’t clear when he was replaced. The best theory-essay I have seen is that he was replaced shortly after Endgame. It will probably be settled in Iron Wars.

Why does someone pointing out a movie is going to be shitty means they are “rooting for it to be a failure”? Can’t someone just objectively judge a movie is going to be terrible based on who’s making it, the track record of similar movies, who’s in it, the trailers, who they are marketing it to etc.?

The Marvels seems like a movie that is targeting female comic book readers. They are marketing a high budget movie toward people who barely exist. That probably means it’s going to fail.

i hope this is good... but not sure what my expectations even are...

the first Captain Marvel movie was OK, but a pretty big disappointment...

but Ms Marvel, was probably the best of all the shows so far... except for that one dud episode...

it looks somewhat decent from the trailers I have seen.

unfortunately I think like most of the world, I am totally burnt out on Marvel. Their push to re-establish a core group of Avengers after Iron Man and Captain America was just exhausting.

it isn't so much that the movies aren't good...more that they may have already peaked

i have said this many times... i dont think it is really burn out... i think they got caught in the sloppiness of starting with the avengers, and being stuck with the avengers...

what i mean about that... they changed origins and story-lines to fit with the avengers that they already set up... and brought in big bads from other superhero stories that they did not bring into the world...

For example they are now with the skrulls, kang the conqueror but never brought in the fantastic 4...

they are having a bitch of a time to bring in the X-men... thanks to the original Sony dispute...

so they are so stuck with the avengers, that they cant get out of their own way... which also makes them stuck giving THOR 4 god damn movies... where he shouldnt have more than 2...

and they are too invested in this world to do a reboot and do it properly now that they have the rights to everything...

he killed 2 movies, Black panther 2 AND ant man 3...
