Robinson is very disappointing. Guys spends most of the day playing pattycake with offensive lineman. Zeke had some massive holes to run through.

He looks like a lazy player in practice.
Doesn't even try to beat his man. Just stands there, sorta pushing back.
I did see him think about pursuing downfield on one play. He missed and Davis got the tackle. Which was ironic. It's brutal how little talent there is on defense.

Our secondary is still very good. The front seven blows, especially the line. Sylvester Williams is the only one that even tries. Hyder and Ziggy both out. I wish we had let him walk and saved the 15 mil. COuld have gotten 2 decent healthy lineman for that.
Little too much time left for Staff. Gonna have to milk a little clock on this upcoming game winning drive.
Called it.

Every fan on this board knew the running game and the DL was the biggest areas of weakness on this team. Not sure how Quinn couldn't see how this DL didn't need more fresh bodies ad talent. Maybe Patricia wanted to see how this current group of guys fit in his 3-4 system. There should be major turnover next off-season.
Agreed. I think just Hand and Williams stay. Should see 3 new guys next year. We will probably see new LBs next year too. I think Davis is better in a 3-4 as an ILB. He is just not smart enough to be a true MLB.
I saw numerous analysts say he is better suited as a run and chase WLB like L. David. That Kennard guy looks pretty impressive so far. Might as well run him over to MLB and see what he can do.
I had the same thought too if we stay 4-3. I hope we just go 3-4.
Honestly, I don't give two shits if it is 3-4 or 4-3. Just want them to be able to get stops when needed. We needed one big stop yesterday and it flat out didn't happen.
This defense is getting roasted by Dak (who sucked this year so far), Darnold (who sucked outside playing us this year), Garapollo (who I think is over rated by the media).
We still have Rodgers twice, R.Wilson, K.Cousins twice, Cam Newton and Goff still.
Quinn wouldn't have, anyway. Our secondary is still very good. The front seven blows, especially the line. Sylvester Williams is the only one that even tries. Hyder and Ziggy both out. I wish we had let him walk and saved the 15 mil. COuld have gotten 2 decent healthy lineman for that.
I am not worried about QBs as much as RBs. We have one of the top Pass defenses in the league.
And yet Prescott, who hadn't had a 200-yard passing game since Week 15 last year, threw for 255 against us. I counted on Elliott getting his yards, but thought we could contain the passing game better yesterday.
255 is still not much these days. It is average (See below). It was Elliot that did the damage on 1 play. Also not taking Agnew off of Beasly until the 4th quarter was a coaching/matchup issue that should have been rectified early.
We are still 2nd in the league.
All the faith in the world in that situation for Staff.I think every Lions fan in Michigan and around the world called that final FG drive.
As usual, the Lions do just enough bad things to lose.
