This I agree with. It's BS to say Brady wasn't aware of the balls being deflated or that it was Science, but who cares. Its not a big deal. NE got caught. Lots of other teams probably did something similar and it isn't the reason they won BUT it was done on purpose and he initiated it or at least was 100% aware of it. Let's not lie. Again though, it's ridiculous to think the Pats won because of it or that it was a big deal. They win with or without some small deflation of the balls.

I don't care for Mr. Goodell's position as judge and jury but the public hold the NFL to a higher standard or responsibility than the US justice system. Until that changes, (or the NFL decides to defy the court of public opinion), you're going to get unreasonable suspensions based on public outrage and partial evidence.
