If Jon Lord is not on the list then you might as well toss it out and start again.

Not my cup of tea, but in no order..

Ray Manzareck
Jon Lord
Jordan Rudess
Keith Emerson
Richard Wright

Nice list; at least four of those are in my top ten. Rudess is an absolutely stunning player.

Ray Manzareck

I like his style. Not enough of a musician to state whether he's technically better than the vast majority of other keyboardists, but I enjoy listening to his chops.

Great lists guys, I'm impressed.

I'm a bit weird and I'm always amazed by blind keyboardists. Considering that they really have to learn and know where certain keys are, I'm always stunned by the music they produce.

Those guys are great but I do want to note that being blind is not a major hinderance to being a keyboard player. It might impede a person that is first learning how to play but once you pick it up and can follow by ear it might actually be an advantage in the sense that their hearing is typically more refined.

It is not as if good keyboard players look at the keys while they are playing. If you put a blindfold on any good keyboard player they could play just as well as always (with perhaps a momentary adustment period).

I could see how it could be a problem if you have like 3 or 4 different keyboards set up. Switching from one to the other might be a bit difficult.

Good point. I'm not that familiar with keyboards or playing them but I do love to listen.
Ever watch those 4 year olds on YouTube that play Mendelsson's 6th in G Minor or whatever.
