Sorry to hear about your back situation there, Murph.

Sorry to hear about this Murph... what ever you do avoid doing a fussion... they just lead to more fussions. My mom just got done having her 3rd and she is having a very difficult time recovering from this last one. They put mor pressure on the remaining disks which over time leads to more herniated discs. If you want more info PM me. Best thing to do is get all the weight you can off and build strength in your back. Good luck with everything and I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks RD, hate to hear that about your Mom. I wish her the best, back pain is no fun. My wife is in medical device sales and she deals with chronic back pain patients daily. Now she gets to deal with me at home too.

Sounds like you have some sciatica, that is good that its fine once you get moving. My legs will lock up and I will go straight to the ground if not to all fours, been dealing with it for 17 years and finally decided it was bad enough to do something about now that I'm older. Hope yours gets better on its own

Yeah, didn't want to get too technical with it, I have good days and bad days, and then it'll be fine for a couple months and then one day BAM back to the DL

Wonder why teal was such a popular baseball color in the 90s? Seattle, Miami and Arizona rocked the teal.

Yeah the biggest concern being the tear and not having it totally rupture and lose the nucleus or fluid in the disk I guess. I had heard that about the fusion. Thanks. Whats your line of work, if you care to disclose?

This pitcher really seems to be bringing it early on...might be tough to score runs tonight...hopefully Robbie is up to the challenge tonight

Kids got talent, but hopefully after seeing him earlier in the year, we can avoid the young lefty jynx

to continue the similar comparisons between CJ Wilson and Robbie Ross...they also both kick their left heel up after a pitch that isn't hit...I sure hope Robbie is a less douchie version of CJ...that would be great!
