I kinda feel bad for him. That shift kills him. He's had a ton of hard hit balls turned into outs. Quite a few of them were made from RF. He's going to have to get the ball in the air or drive it to left-center.

I was just making a statement. It's very possible. I don't think I was being dramatic. I'm not sure he knew that while we have the 3rd best record in the AL there are a bunch of teams on our ass. Including the 2 directly behind us. I don't really agree with the "it's early" mindset. All games count the same.

It's May... I'm not to concerned about the standings at this point always nice to be in first but still too long of a season to be worried about the standings at this point. Besides, at this point as bad as things have looked at times they still have played well enough to put themselves amongst the top teams in the AL. That tells you that lots of other teams have played even worse.

Besides, at this point as bad as things have looked at times they still have played well enough to put themselves amongst the top teams in the AL. That tells you that lots of other teams have played even worse.

I wouldn't say I'm worried, but I do watch our rivals. We need to stay close or we have no shot when we get healthy. The standings are just as important now as they are a month from now.

Yes but worrying about standings with the third best record in the AL this early in the year is pretty short sighted.
