This could be used for the next two series I suppose. A split is what I foresee. Is CarGo playing in this series?

GM 1 May 5th, Monday 8:40 pm EST
TEX: Perez (4-1, 2.95 ERA)
COL: Lyles (3-0, 2.70 ERA)
GM 2 May 6th, Tuesday 8:40 pm EST
TEX: Ross (1-2, 3.86 ERA)
COL: Nicasio (3-1, 4.19 ERA)
thought I'd chip in.
The rockies are pretty hot right now I hope we can put up some big runs on them.
Jordan Lyles in Colorado? Oh man...I hope we tee off on that kid.
Don't think he has beaten the Rangers in his last 6 starts vs them. He has given up 3 ER in 3 of his starts so far and he like most of the Rockies pitchers so far have benefitted from lots of run support. Would be nice for the offense to stay on track after the nice day today and put up a couple more touchdowns tomorrow!
Nope. Waiting on you.I know it's Monday and all, but has everyone gone on vacation or what?

Nicasio can be a tough pitcher. It's like facing Ubaldo, hope you face the mediocre one. Also, which Ross will we have show up.

Rangers left fielder Shin-Soo Choo went 7-for-10 with four walks in the weekend series with the Angels and leads the American League with a .349 batting average and .482 on-base percentage.
Choo has drawn 20 walks while striking out 21 times. He's only scored 14 runs because the batters behind him, like Elvis Andrus, Adrian Beltre and Prince Fielder, are off to slow starts.
Man if all of these guys could get hot at once, or even 2 of the 3 Choo could score a ton of runs
........I sure hope Choo doesn't slow down, at least for a little while longer, b/c maybe our bats have come outta the closest - in a manner of speaking.
Perez was runner up for AL pitcher of the month, I think, to Sonny Grey of Oakland. That Perez we need.Im looking for a good night from the team as we have played well vs Lyles in the past. He has had a good start so far, but would like to see everyone carry over the hitting from yesterday and put up some big numbers again. Hope we see the MP we got the first few starts vs the last.
