Series Thread: Your Texas Rangers at the Colorado Rockies 5/5 - 5/6

The 3 games with Oakland and 3 ( so far) with Colorado have been unwatchable. Bad teams get swept, teams who aren't contenders get swept. Like it or not, I think we're going to find out a lot about this teams character ( or lack there of) tomorrow night. I think they win tomorrow. The guys can't be this gutless and pathetic I hope.

I really don't see Harrison slowing them down, do you?

We could really use Cruz's production about now. I figured prince would and then some but it just hasn't panned out. I know a ton of people don't value the rbi stat these days but to me it's still a big one... A person's ability to drive in runs is valuable.

Man ticket prices have sank over the week. I got tickets back then and now ones in the same area are 30% cheaper

Haha... I know that bugs some people on here but I still like the guy and still think we should have resigned him. I love Choo and what he has bring though... just think we should have found a way to make it work. Just think he was undervalued by the organization and fans alike.

One of the bright spots: Choice had a good night and should be in the 2 hole again tomorrow. Sit Rios, and play Moreland at 1st w/ Fielder as the DH. There's my line-up for tomorrow. Maybe Choice in CF with Leonys getting the day off. Either way.


The other bright spot: Baker did a good job of saving the pen.

Not sure how you can say it wouldn't have... generally speaking there's aways a way to make something work if you want it bad enough. It is true that it didn't happen though and not to much I can do about that. It really doesn't bother me that much either. .. it's just my opinion bc I am a fan of his, not something I need to move on from. However, if most of you are sick of it I can do the respectful thing and keep it to a minimum.

We need a rainout. This has been a perfect storm with the Rockies playing at the top of their game and us at the bottom. Could see this coming. How bad are the Angels to lose 2 out of 3 to us in LA.
