LSU would slip from 8-4 to 7-5 and end up in the Outhouse Bowl in Tampa, again. And probably playing the 8-4 Hawkeyes, again.
I wouldn’t sleep on A&M too much. They lose players in the front 7 just like Clemson but I’m not that worried with either team reloading. A&M still returns Mond and probably the 2nd best WRs Corp in the SEC behind Bama. The offense finished 10th in S&P+ in Jimbo’s first year and I just believe A&M is a team you can’t sleep on in Jimbos 2nd year. They beating at least one out of these 4 Bama, Clem, UGA or LSUDude, I think A&M is a good football team. However, only two of their front 7? what world are you living in? Last year, A&M's starting defensive line was Landis Durham, Justin Madubuike, Daylon Mack, and Kingsley Keke. The linebackers were Anthony Hines, Otaro Alaka, and Tyrel Dodson. This year's starting line is Tyree Johnson, Jayden Peevy, Madubuike, and Bobby Brown. The linebackers are Buddy Johnson, Keeath Magee, and Braden White. That is only one returning starter from last year, Madubuike. So A&M lost 6 of their front 7, not only two, hence why A&M has such low returning production on defense. That's not getting into the losses in the secondary, at tight end, or on the line.
I'm sure Jashaun is a decent running back, but we're talking about replacing the best running back A&M ever had. Jashaun played in trash time some last year. He did okay. However, he ran the ball 25% as much as Trayveon, averaging about a yard less per carry. He had only 1 touchdown compared to Travyveon's 18 (keep in mind that more than 1/3 of his production came against Northwestern State and Louisiana Monroe and most of the rest were against second teams). Jashaun might be good, but Trayveon was a phenom for you guys and had significantly better stats against the tougher side of teams than Jashaun did. It is a pretty big step back. I'm not saying he's not starting quality, but I'd be shocked if you think he will be able to equal Trayveon's production last year, accounting for 35% of all your team's yards and 45% of your touchdowns.
Pretty much this. Several good options with none of them being the runaway favorite so far.
...of course, it could just be the traditional last minute reveal to keep your opponents and fans in the dark scheme...
We would be fine because we could put @TrustMeIamRight in at quarterback and the results would be the same. So, everyone will be fine.
Good to know.
Good Luck

Jet Sweep to the defensive tackle.I’m ready to suit up. We are turning the Spartans into an Air Raid Offense.
I think we might go 6-6. Backup probably knows quite a bit of the playbook though, so maybe some hope there.
I'd like our chances with Jack Sears.
I guess you’ll find out now.Guess I should have read my texts this morning before posting. lol. JT Daniels was named the starter. So What happens if he goes down? Good chance we get a bit better.
Yeah but back then we had Jack Sears as someone who can step in but he's now in limbo. True freshman Slovis is now the QB with 11 games remaining. lolI guess you’ll find out now.

Michigan fans have been telling us that they have the best QB rooms for years. Even when the room consisted of Speight, O’Korn, Peters, and Malzone it was one of the greatest QB groups ever. For the first time in a LONG time, Michigan seems to be in pretty good shape at both the starting and backup QB positions. I don't see much changing if Shea goes down.
