A- it's not!

B - Not that historic...but I am not the owner of the team and don't have access to the clubhouse, reports, scouts, agents, beer and chicken bills etc.

So - yes, he gets' at least part of the blame for not stepping in sooner when he had a manager going through pain meds like pez, financial issues, divorce and drinking.
