Mine were $50 each with the season ticketholder presale (they made you buy for the first 2 rounds). I believe they are going for $86 or something crazy now.

That's nuts. Unfortunately I have a feeling a lot of seats at Prudential center will be filled with orange jerseys. Same can't be said about Wells Fargo.

Well they already sold out the first three games. I believe that the tickets were quite a bit cheaper if you bought the plan.

Put yourselves in my shoes. Wife and 4 kids. With tickets, parking, food, soda, ice cream, beer for me, we are talking about the price of a 7 day vacation back when I was single.

Not picking on Philly fans here, but this is where having a reputation can really help. I wouldn't dare wear a Devils' jersey to a game in Philly. If I was a Flyers fan though, I would have no problem going to a game at the Prudential Center.

And before anyone goes crazy about what I said, I went to an Indians v Phillies game and had a less than wonderful experience.

Rp its nuts!!!! And all i have is a gf to take....esp with a house its a tough nut to swallow. If they advance esp against the rangers what will the price be $100 for the top row?

Yeah from a home ice advantage stand point it pays to be a philly fan because i too wouldn't wear a jersey...but honestly what does that say about them as a people? I love the devils but would I get into a fight for them? No...its just a game and none of the fans are even playing.

Exactly, the Devils are paying for my medical bills or bail.

Philly really is just a trashy place. Any city where shooting at cops and selling babies for crack isn't uncommon is a dump. Let's not forget the guy who was sent to the hospital after the winter classic, the upstanding citizen that decided to vomit on a guy and his 2 daughters at a Phillies game, etc. etc. Fuck Philly.

Philly is just like every other major city. It has its good side and its bad side. They're fans however are a different story.

The people embrace it. You hear stories o you cant let a few rotten apples ruin the bunch....that's not the case here it really isnt. For some reason when they enter the ballpark or stadium or arena they turn into animals.

As long as they don't turn into bears, we'll be alright.
