Where does Montreal's toppling of the Prez Trophy winner and the back-to-back Eastern Conference winners rank?

Hard to believe the Habs are one step away from the Stanley Cup finals. Pretty amazing stuff.

Everybody was thinking the east kind of opened for the Pens and I thought that as well. But the Habs have completely stunned the Pens and pretty much everybody.

It reminds me a lot of the 06' Oilers tbh.

Not to discount the Habs, Flyers, and Bruins, but the Sharks and Hawks must be salivating.

I think I'm just as stunned to see the Pens go down as I was to see the Caps lose. Truly amazing.

Not to beat a dead horse here, but the difference is that Pittsburgh has proven they can win, the Caps have yet to make it to the conference finals.

The hater in me is really happy tonight.

Tough loss for you Pens fans. But as a Caps' fan, that makes me feel a whole lot better. First, to know we aren't total choking dogs (just mostly). Second, to have the Pens win it all again on top of a first round exit would have been too much.
