...maybe as a mentor to any QBs looking to hold hostage a franchise, entire region of the nation and the NFL as we know it? :noidea:

Tom Brady is now fully exposed for what he is: a no-talent, pedestrian-at-best game manager who got a free ride on the back of the greatest system in professional sports history. Even his own sycophants know it's past time.

Clearly he's not the future of any franchise. But can he go to LA like Beckham did purely as a seat-filler?

And if he does, will the Hollywood gay clubs see a resurgence not experienced since the late 70's?

@Rock Strongo is one of the honest Pats fans around here so I'd honestly curious to hear his opinion. Rock, are you excited about the future without Tom Brady? I'm almost totally disconnected with all the talk shows. Is anyone mentioning Mariota to New England?

Belichi8ck wouldn't want Mariota. He's way too inconsistent. That and if Vrabel has kicked him to the curb, what does that say? I thin BB would give Philip Rivers a shot befotre Mariota.

Philip Rivers to New England would be extremely interesting, Ken. But maybe Bill would want someone young to build the future on?

Defenses certainly would get more ints if that were the case.

Obviously Brady is slipping for sure. I want to see him with a healthy OL and wrs who actually can catch...... Then we can say first sure if he's "done"

He'd at least be more mobile than Brady but hardly an upgrade over Brady. Perhaps he would be able to revitalize his career like Tannehill

You guys have been saying that since Drew Bledsoe went down. It's never going to happen.

He's finished.

As HC or GM?

Sure, why not? These other losers from NE clearly can't cut it without Bill.

I'm not convinced he's finished, finished but he is certainly declining and has to be hurt (not making the injury excuse) but he's not nearly the same as he once was

I miss the old PS2 version of Madden. Loved making Brady or Peyton my head coach and seeing them on the sideline.

If he's going to play they need to just go 1 year deals year to year moving forward. There's no point him leaving on either side of this.

You think BB is going to be around long enough to build another project QB up?

I'm pretty disconnected from all the talk, Wiz. Is there talk of a parting-of-the-ways?

He'll be 68 in a couple of months. Not sure how much tolerance I have with 22y/o's and I'm not even close to his age.

If he came here with McDaniels I wouldn't hate it.

Not giving up on Baker but someone to give him real competition and/or replace him if he struggles wouldn't be a bad thing.

But I don't see it happening...at least the Brady part.

WOW... that was a Madden like play... catch and the defender glitches and you go WAY backwards but the AI is too stupid, so you run for a huge gain.
