Worst offseason ever - a scorecard

2017 is shaping up to be the absolute worst offseason since the advent of free agency.

A summary:

KC throws boneheaded int to end playoff hopes on home field vs giants
Within the first week of offseason, D Coordinator is fired.
Within another few weeks, O coordinator is hired as head coach.
For at least the next few weeks, nobody in central office does anything. Gruden not extended.
Lots of interviews for D Coord and O Coord, but both are hired interally (maybe because Gruden not extended)
No redskins free agents are offered anything.
Internal bickering between BA and SM.
No movement on KC LTD

Cooley insinuates that SM has drinking problem.
BA / front office says nothing (probably due to bickering).
SM not at combine
No free agents offered anything.
Gruden extended at combine.
KC franchised right before combine.
Davis offered crazy ridiculous contract for backup TE on the wrong side of 30.
Thomson tendered as second round, but starting ILB not tendered at draft pick level compensation.
Incredible amount of infighting between SM and BA. Snyder fires neither.
Incredible amount of unrest sensed by press. BA offers no response other than pithy nonsense which does nothing to quell any rumor.
No discernable interest shown from front office to redskins marquee free agents - Garcon, Jackson, Baker.
All three sign contracts elsewhere.
Their first line of replacements -Campbell, the WR from buffalo ALSO sign elsewhere.
Kenny Britt signs with the BROWNS of all teams - a team with ZERO talent - rather than sign with the redskins.
Still no movement on free agents or SM.
Still no public statements from BA about any of this.

You can believe Cousins will bolt now. Why would he stay? This team is a train wreck!!!

I didn't want to believe it a week ago, at the combine, with the team's handling of SM, but after reading the latest post article about the internal bickering, and seeing the team make NO decisions whatsoever with no public comments, it's hard to believe anything else.

It's incredibly frustrating that Allen and SM can't put on their big boy pants and work everything out for the benefit of the team, especially since the redskins were set up to be actually enjoyable to watch for the forseeable future.
