I'm in Memphis and watching some of the game on the MLB network. And it's astounding how little these two guys announcing (not sure who it is) know about the rules of challenges works.

Also, they have no clue about our BP, but this doesn't surprise me at all.

A perfect example of our ineptitude in that sequence right there. Runner on first, two outs, #8 hitter up... no threat, right? But for some STUPID reason we have Tolleson pitch around Montero and walk him to get to the pitcher. But anyone with a brain should have known that Hammel wasn't going to bat and that Maddon would call on Szczur to pinch hit. Then Brocail goes out and SHOULD have told Tolleson not to throw a strike on pitch 1 to a guy who is notorious for swinging on the first pitch no matter what. Tolleson grooves him a meatball and the Cubs add an extra run.

SO many ways that could have been avoided.
