Lol

Has China ever put someone in the league? I know that Chinese Taipei little league is legit. But they all grow up to be engineers and programmers.
Does Taiwan count?

Matsuzaka is Japanese.

I was at Matsuzaka’s MLB debut. I happened to be in KC on business and found the time to break away and catch the game. With all the media, etc, I’m pretty sure there were more Japanese folks in KC that day than all the days before and after combined.

That reminds me of the time Seattle came to Arizona during Ichiro’s peak. The most squinty eyes I’ve ever seen at a sporting event. Ichiro is a god to those people.

When the Mets landed the great Hideo Nomo back in the late 90's, Shea was packed with Japanese whenever he pitched.

I mean, more than normally.

Warriors season ticket holders are a close second.

batter vs pitcher stats are very unreliable. not a big enough sample size to really mean anything. yeah, Correa and Gonzalez struggled against him... in 15 plate appearances.
