No More "Bullpen Failure"
Josh and Crim have each played one game in LF.Josh has barely gotten started.

Their obviously clueless.Fangraphs has shown little respect to the Rangers in 2024 by rating them as 9th in AL and expected to even make the playoffs
I am genuinely excited about a Ranger repeat. I feel with the combination of youth and veterans the team has collected gives them a decent shot at a nice run here for several years. You guys never stop following baseball.. even in the winter
Bochy has a great feel for the team. There were times in the regular season where we punted games and I was wondering wtf was going on, but it all worked out in the end.I am genuinely excited about a Ranger repeat. I also trust CY to make the key acquisitions this offseason to improve the team.
Have to admit I was a bit skeptical of Bochy during the regular season and some of his moves, however Bochy is a much different mgr in the playoffs. He is as good as any mgr as I have seen maneuver in the playoffs.
Bochy understands you sometimes have to not override the horses so huh can use them later.Bochy has a great feel for the team. There were times in the regular season where we punted games and I was wondering wtf was going on, but it all worked out in the end.
Interesting thiught PeraltaWho could the Rangers add to the bullpen this offseason?
Help for the 2024 bullpen is going to need to come from outside the organization. But what do the Rangers need and who’s available that can fit the bill?www.wfaa.com
Rangers playing close to the vestYeah I think fhe Nola signing lowers then price for Hader
Maybe the Burnes/Williams trade is possible
I think Leclerc is in that first category and Sborz is in the second one.Ideally, next year I would like to go into the season with the following makeup in the bullpen:
2 guys you can trust to close
2 guys you can count on to do consistently well in the 7th or 8th
2 guys who are maybe too inexperienced or a little too inconsistent to trust in late innings, but who have good enough stuff to keep the game close
2 guys who can give you 2 or 3 innings if need be, but who you wouldn't be afraid of, if they needed to go into the 7th or 8th on occasion.
Yeah I like my backups to be real good defensively especially at catcher and CF.
If Heim goes down we will need someone other than Hedges to play daily which is likely Huff
Money would be better spent on pitching or DH imo.Hedges was chosen and signed because of his framing skills, more strikes usually leads to fewer runs allowed and starting pitchers going deeper into games. They can resign him all they want and I would be perfectly fine with it, plus he's an asset in the locker room...
I’m sure they joking about HedgesMoney would be better spent on pitching or DH imo.
