Well he can technically veto it if he deems the Jets are guilty of "tampering".....but Jackson was open to trade ideas weeks ago, before the Jets entered the picture w/ the Vick signing......now it makes it even that more interesting.

Or maybe it's the eagles GM, coaches and locker room in general where the fingers need to be pointed at?
