Lebron may have not specifically asked for Blatt's removal, but it was clearly evident the two weren't on the same page. Lebron never fully endorsed Blatt and he's seen undermining him during games.

You had a scenario of a new head coaching trying to put his stamp on a team and a Superstar who has won championships and thought they needed a different formula to succeed. Blatt needed to go to a team that could build up. He started out with a team that was supposed to win the championship and just not screw it up. If the Cavs won the championship, it would have been expected and not because of Blatt. If they lost, it was all him. It was a no-win situation from the start.

I don't think the Cavs offense during Blatt's tenure is a great indication of Blatt's offense. There was definitely a lot of compromise... probably mostly from Blatt.

Have you noticed that the iso ball generally happens when the Cavs are down? When they're winning and up, the ball is free flowing and multiple guys are touching the ball. This generally happens when you have guys who don't believe in the system.
