Please show me where I said he would not be suspended? I may have said things like it's unlikely? Or for sure I said he would fight it in court if he was even given one game. Now we will see what actually happens.

Actually what I assured you is the appeal process meant little, as it was simply a stepping stone to the fed level. Now I did think it might go down to two games, which it did not, but it is going to the feds.

Even though I'm from Chicago, Rodgers' still the best QB; in or out of the pocket, plus has that extra sweetener of being able to run effectively! I'll be rooting for him unless he plays us! Good luck!

2-2 to start, 11-5. Imo, the biggest problem will be the discontinuity in practice, as Garoppolo takes the snaps in pre-season, and first 4 games. Be a challenge early in the season to have Brady ready to return, while staying competitive.

Has anyone actually thought this.

Brady knows he is getting old. He takes this to the Feds which most likely will take years to get a true court appearance and thus by passes this suspension. He gambles to win another SB which by all standards is rare for back to back but hear me out. Say he gets the Pats to the SB. Most likely the Fed court will not have ruled one way or another by then. Even if they rule he was at fault or whatever they cannot order nor can the NFL suspend him for playoff games.

Brady retires after another SB win and retires. Withdraws his fed court appeal and walks away yet again a champion.

BB also retires and the Pats rebuild with most of the pieces in place already there.
