I'm kinda surprised too but he played really well last night. The Sens would have been blown out for sure if Elliott would have started that game.

I hate all the losing but hopefully it gets them Landeskog or Nugent-Hopkins.

I'm more worried about the goalie. I would rather have Elliot in there. We could overwhelm the 19 year old, but our slow starts this year could help keep his groove going. I think our team is focusing on getting as many shots as possible. Should be a fun one.

I think they were booing because they didn't want the kid to get pulled. Then they booed Elliott because he has been AWFUL this season.
