I get that the 6 season talked about was cherry picked. But in a row it is an impressive stat. But a lot has to do with simply not getting hurt & being on a team with a high powered Offense as much as the individual player. Yes AB had a 6 season stretch of awesome stats, but only had 7 seasons total of 1000 yards or more.

With all that said. I would take Moss' 1st 6 season over anyone's.
Which not only would beat ABs 1st 6 season on all stats, but literally double the TD output. (well AB beats Moss on receptions by 1)

55 TD’s

That’s a nice start. DeAndre did that without a QB for most of those years and a shit team around him.

Give JJ 3 more years.

Adams last 6 years he has 67 TD’s-still 6 games left this year. Give him a couple more years and his numbers overall could look similar.

3 more years or so of Josh Allen-Stefon Diggs.
Adams lost some games in 2019 and had under 1000 with only 5 TDs. Hopkins had a down 2016 with only 985 and 4 TDs.

Both Diggs and Jefferson are tracking, but like the top two show its tough to get all 6.

this is true. Kind of a bitch nowadays to stay healthy for 6 straight seasons.

DeAndre also takes performance enhancing drugs as well as the postseason endzone is his kryptonite.

Jerry Rice > every other homer pick mentioned.

What disappoints me is the inability of folks to mention players they don’t root for.
Jerry rice is the goat. Period. Man theres so many guys I like from other teams. Even rivals…

People are talking about the players they know best, other than doing research most people aren't going to know stats of other players even if they were elite receivers.

Its easy to be the goat when you have stickum, right?

Rice's longevity as an elite player probably won't be topped at WR. He played at a high level 3-5 years longer than a lot of the others on that list. It looks like Moss was the only player who could've caught him so far and he didn't play long enough to do it
