Seeing the divisional schedule now and it just highlights how dumb a Monday night playoff game really is aside from the obvious reason of money that is.

9ers were the 1st team to play the wildcard round and they'll be the last team to play in the divisional round against whoever wins tomorrow night.

That effectively gives the 9ers over 2 days of rest and game planning on the Bucs or the Boys. And since they played the Bucs not long ago they can pretty much focus game planning against the Cowboys knowing that even if the Bucs win they can still pull from the game planning on them from a few weeks ago and not lose anything if they game plan for the Cowboys for the day.

Yeah, they need a WR 1 and a TE for him. Jones may never be one of those elite QBs but he isn't as bad as his first 3 years either. Typical Giants QB but a better athlete than Eli, Simms, etc. Gettleman actually made the right choice when you look at that draft. The Giants also got Dexter Lawrence in that draft and both those guys were huge in this game.

So the Bengals OL is back to what it was last season. But a little good fortune and off to Buffalo. Watching the Bengals and Bills at the moment, I'm not sure either one can beat the Chiefs again. Jags at Chiefs is gonna be a fun game, I think. And like these games, closer than anticipated.
