Oh, he is devious, in a good way. I believe he can build another competitive team in 1-3 years. Needs a reliable QB to succeed. Will be interesting.

Edit: in all fairness to history, Tuna turned the team around and had BB as defensive coach. So the team turnaround pre-dates BB & B.
