Seems like a completely moronic decision on their part.
There's less than a snowball's chance in hell at any lawsuit being successful. They can't prove the SEC is making this move just to kill off the B12, and no lawsuit of this type ever wins if the one side can show its actions were in its best interest.
Plus, what conference is going to want them after this? Who really wants the Texas legislature getting involved in peaceful business. Given how they really aren't anything special of a program, would the MWC even take them after this? They might be C-USA bound thanks to the suit.
