The powers that be at Under Armour (Founder/CEO and Terrapin grad Kevin Plank) and Maryland probably won't be too happy if Michigan goes with Nike. From what I've heard, Under Armour pays schools more than Nike does. UA still has some time to lure the Wolverines as the Michigan-Adidas 10 year deal does not expire until July 2016.

Also expiring next July are the apparel deals for Texas, Michigan State, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Virginia. I would imagine UA would like to get as many B1G schools as possible. I believe that currently, UA has only two B1G contracts (Maryland & Northwestern), but could possibly soon add four more B1G schools mentioned above.
