Why isn't LeBron averaging 10+ Assists per game...?

Interesting read and awesome. It is really early in the season though and I want him to do this all season winning another MVP and on his way to hopefully a 3 peat.

IIRC nobody has won the NBA MVP, Finals MVP 3 years in a row, although had the Bill Russell award been around when Bill Russell was playing I think he would have...

Let's just day dream for a minute...

If LBJ can continue this run and some how 3 peat we have to assume he is going to have the Finals MVP.

That would mean in a 6 year span:

5 MVPs
4 Finals trips
3 Finals MVPs
3 Rangz
And a Lamborghini in a pear tree.

The only guy who would have accomplished this is Russell. Bill's 7-9 year stretch would have been incredibly more impressive...but he wouldn't have had a camo Lambo and matching shoes so...nope Bill still gets it...and MJ is forever #3...until LBJ surpasses him.

Just putting that in perspective I have a hard time deciding Bill or Kareem, damn. I know MJ isn't in the Convo though.

Bill Russell won the MVP 5 times in 8 years.

In this 8 year span he went to the Finals every year. Losing only once.

By todays standard I would safely assume he wins 7 Finals MVPs and 7 rangz!!

I know the fewer teams and they had a stacked team but he was the best player on a stacked team, enough to win 5 MVPs.

Looking at his whole career:

13 Years
12 Finals Appearances
11 Rangz
5 MVPs
Theoretically 8+finals MVPs...low balling it.
Was also the Coach for 3 Rangz...more than Spo...more coaching rings than MJ has winning seasons as a GM or Owner...
