1) I've already answered your original question (post #24). I skimmed through your post and misread it, there was no issue comprehending it, which is also why I re-elaborated my position as well (post #24).

2) Not sure why you couldn't look back at jwill's post and see who he quoted. It's not rocket science. Just because you start a thread, it doesn't mean everything is about you.

To US, it is just a sports team, not a brotherhood.

Furthermore, in case you still don't get it, if I'm on the outside of a fraternity looking it, I don't give two rats what they consider themselves - they could consider themselves brothers for all I care. As far as my feelings towards them, they're just a fraternity.

Hence, "this is not a brotherhood, it's a sports team".

Further-furthermore, the fact that I used the word "this" only further suggests I'm speaking towards the relationship between the fans and the players. Had I just been speaking in regards to the team, I would've used the word "they". "They are not a brotherhood, they are a sports team".
