Everyone has different opinions what a blowout is. I just figured 21 points is a common # teams win by that a lot agree is a blowout. It's just a standard for the poll.

Are they really expecting only 35K to show up? If so, this could work in BSU's favor as this is considered a standing room only sellout at their house, so they just might think they're playing at home (reverse psychology).....
