UConn

the 2 Carolina schools (especially UNC) seem to have our number - no matter the circumstances...
MSU tarred UConn in 2009 (I was at the game) and that was nice, but the fuckn Huskies have either upset or outright kicked our ass too many times not to be real wary of them.

Weakest team I've ever seen (granted I only saw 4-5 of their games this year) if they're not absolutely dominating on sheer talent alone, they really have no shot. Grayson Allen or whatever his name is, is an absolute bitch. The youngest Plumblee is 7 feet tall but plays like a 5'8 pg named Nancy. And all I ever see is walking. They don't hustle back on defense, they walk the ball up the floor, the in bounder/rebounder got down and set up their half court offense after the PG walked the ball up like 9/10 possessions I saw all season. They look like a bunch of primadonnas who expect everything to be handed to them their whole life. Even for a Duke team, this team stands out.

unc is arguable the best team in the country. they dominating the entire gm and got beat because of the 3 ball on their home court

MSU is probably the favorite in my book, however I voted for Oregon: they are kind of way out West, somewhat under the radar, and they are destroying people lately.

My adopted favorite this year is Seton Hall. I just enjoy the hell out of watching them play.

NORTH CAROLINA is the one team that was supposed to be the #1 team

And now they are finally playing like it.

Nobody has more talent, depth, and experience. It aint even close.

They tend to check out, lose focus, and squander their talent advantage.

They often don't even play close to their best.

But UNC at their best is so much better than everyone else at their best...highest ceiling by far....

Kansas and Oklahoma probably have the most talent. But both have at best B level coaches.

Mich St lacks talent compared to the other top teams, but damn Izzo finds a way in march. Every time.

And who wants to play Virginia with that suffocating D? MSU needed to be bailed out by the refs both times the last 2 years. I'm sure they don't even want a 3rd shot.

Syrcause gets a vote for things like this almost every year, but they're probably not making the tourney.

I'm surprised Kentucky got so many votes.

LOL at calling Self a B level coach. GTFO with that

laughingsmiley.gif ...This is insane. Bill Self is 589-187, has gone to The Tourney 18 consecutive years & has won the Big XII regular season title about 11 times in a row. And Lon Kruger is the only HC in CBB history to take 5 different teams to The Tourney.

How many times has he collapsed against vastly inferior opponents as 1 seed. Great recruiter. Decent coach.

Dude should have a fistful of rings by now.

Last year Kruger lead a final four talent to a mediocre seed and lost to a clearly inferior team.

He' found a way to not even be a 1 seed this year.

Self always finds a way to underachieve in march.

the last team that arguably overachieved was that 2012 team that was a few bad decisions away from cutting down the nets.

Same could be said for Calipari based on these qualities of judgement. Dude won 12 straight conference championships in a major conference. Saying he is B level coach is totally off base.

yeah, he peaks in the season and conf tourneys, and they've definitely run out of gas in the NCAAs a few times.

but his run in Big12 has been nothing short of amazing.
