I think so, yes.

Olt probably has the biggest upside of the players named in the deal and he has been struggling badly this season.

The Rangers have the money to resign Garza if he performs well this season, and they would have a very solid 4 going forward in Darvish, Holland, Garza, and Perez. Bullpen is very solid.

What the team really needs now is a bat or 2, specifically a right handed bat, but I don't think they have the ability/desire to pull off another big name (Rios for example). They may end up doing nothing and hope guys get healthy and Manny shows them something on that front.
