Gotta root for Cincy. skyline chili's excellent!

The Rams owner, Stan Kroenke, is the reason that for a 3rd season in a row Nuggets games are blacked out here. Same with Avalanche games. He wants to raise the price of altitude sports network from around $8 a month to $40+. Just another example of a greedy billionaire.

But I think the Rams will take care of business.

You said something about building thru the draft.
Yes I admire how well the Bengals have drafted and built through the draft
Everyone does it different. There is no rule or black or white way to do it
Sure but we can admire one method over another. Each his own on which way you like better.
You keep barking thread after thread about this team imploding, being bad in 3-4 years.. threads like Ramsey, Stafford, OBJ and we keep advancing. Time to give the Rams some credit and stop hating. Eat crow bud yes you
I am sure I posted a few times in those threads, but not much and I won't describe it as "barking" LOL. I don't think I have any need to "eat crow". You know before there was a Seattle football team I kind of considered the Rams as my home team, but things change and now the Seahawks and Rams are division opponents and my allegiance is with the Seahawks and I have no skin in the SuperBowl match up. I just consider the Bengals more lovable.....for now.
As for the thinking the Rams imploding in a few years....yes I see that as likely, but I've been wrong before and we'll have to wait and see how it actually goes down. Don't let that bother you or take it personal, we all are just shooting the shit and enjoying the game. It would be boring if we all felt and posted the same opinions.
Congrats for the Rams season, I know it must feel great.

It's great to see 2 low talent teams in the SB , new blood. Best luck vs Burrow the kid!!

There’s a perfect example of a mid or late first round pick there with Macaroni Jones

Yes there are all kinds of way to be a GM. Rams are proving it now

I don’t care who you root for. But the Rams have done it differently. If Pete was adding Ramsey Von Miller and OBJ to the mix and got deep in the playoffs you would be ok. Hell you just did it last year with 1st rounders for Adams who’s a stud. It’s all a roll of the dice but in the end everyone in an organization has to do their job and get some luck too

He’s an asshole. But I can’t root against guys like Aaron Donald because of an asshole. Hell I checked on SB tix. 20 grand for lower level

No doubt, McCorkle fell right into their lap when 4 other QB's were chosen before him

And he might end up a good game manager. Hell he might even be better than that. Point is getting elite talent is about the same % in the late 1st round as it is in the 3rd round imo

Let’s face it the draft is luck and like playing craps.

Jared Goff was a #1 pick. Baker Mayfield. Just so happens the Bengals got lucky with Burrow and then the following Chase was there too? Good for them no doubt but getting those 2 players was very lucky.

Leaning towards the Bengals unless it's getting late and a go ahead score by the 49er's wins me a superbowl box.

It’s much easier to build from the draft with lotto picks than it is with late 1st rounders. Ask Seattle and New England how many all pros they’ve drafted lately. It’s being a dam good GM is what it is. Making moves and drafting very well in the later rounds. The Rams also have been developing players as well — UDFA and late picks. That’s not going to stop no matter how butthurt you St. Louis fans continue to be. Lol at you selling out as a former Rams fan and now a Chiefs fan. That’s pretty cute
Im not sure you know what the word sell out means. The person who sold out was Stan Kroenke.

I like Donald & Von Miller.

As far as the ticket prices. Would love to go to a Super Bowl some day. But I can't afford outrageous ticket prices like that.

Burrow's injury leading them to a draft position to select Chase is like a cheat code, lol.

Sorry, but your anger is misplaced. The owner of the Nuggets is clearly Ann Kroenke.... :stooges:

Looking forward to it. LOL
I will say this - pushing all of your chips in to be the best is the proper thing to do. Its what happens in baseball. Ask KC fans about the Royals and Im sure they have no qualms with going all in and getting to 2 World Series in a row.

The Rams really have made a ton of great moves the past couple of seasons. Its easy to trade draft picks for players. Its harder to trade draft picks for cornerstones that give your team an identity. I joke about the team falling apart but with the way their draft and make moves they might only struggle for one year and then be back at it again.

Oh he’s an asshole but I’m not gonna cry about it. St. Louis got 800 million for that bullshit. But Im not going to switch teams and be butthurt when Aaron Donald was on those shitty teams and continues to work his ass off. I’m not going to jump ship becasue of 1 asshole in a suit when i went to countless games at the Dome watching some great Rams teams. LA Rams are worth a lot more now. That’s the NFL. It’s all about money but the game still has to be played by the players and we still watch it

Hey, its water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned. Big fish eats little fish is the American way. STL got their settlement. LA is the big money maker.
