Which Teams Compete for 2016 Top Draft Picks?

Last year it was the Bucs, Titans, Raiders, Jaguars, and Redskins in the top five. Who do you see this year? What teams look like they may be set up for disappointing seasons?

I'd say at this point the Redskins look like a disaster. The Jets are another team I wonder about - a very good D but their O seems really questionable. What's going on with the Bears? They also look like a needy team, but I wouldn't be surprised if Fox didn't get them to play at least to their talent level.

Who am I missing?

Hmmmm......I think Jags (still a work in progress), Panthers (offensively they are going to have problems), Redskins (a QB controversy this early spells doom), Bucs (Winston is too raw to make that big of a difference over last season) and the Jets (another team with a QB disaster).

The Texans are like the Jets - great D - who knows about the offense and Quarterbacking.

I do think the Bears will be a disaster - sadly.

I'm bullish on the Bengales, Fins, the Vikes and the Falcons - if they are on the uptick somebody currently up is going down.

The Browns gotta be in this conversation. A journeyman QB (McCown) a worthless back-up (Johnny College), a weak running attack & no WR's. On the plus side though...wait a minute, it's the Browns! There are no pluses.

Redskins players haven't been told RG3 won't play, despite team press release to media. A player texted me "who is starting tomorrow?"

An anonymous NFL head coach reportedly told a reporter that when Gruden left RG III in the game to get battered, it "looked personal" .....

Only team/teams I would switch out from last yr is the Jags and Brown's. Jags are going to surprise some teams this yr. I will add that KC won't be far behind the top 5 pks either.

No way KC will fall that low. They're too strong on defense. They will likely be our strongest competition in the West. Titans and Redskins with Carolina in the mix. Bucs and 49ers would round things out for me.

Well, there currently aren't any Chiefs fans on this board to troll....

I actually think that San Diego is our biggest competition in the West. The Chiefs with that terrible OL are going to struggle once again on offense. You throw in then on defense being without your big man in the middle and Smith being suspended for the first couple of games and it definitely makes that defense vulnerable to start out the season.

I know Browns fans are drooling for Joey Bosa. A flop for this season could land you the big prize. That being said, defense isn't the problem.
