Buffalo in a snoozer by at least 2 games. Only team with a prayer of catching Buffalo- barring injury- is Miami, and nobody trusts Tua to play at the level it would take to match Buffalo.

This division seems pretty cut and dry imo. Buffalo 1, Miami 2, New England 3, Jets 4.

The caveat to that is if Mac Jones and Zach Wilson step up. I worry a bit about the Patriots secondary but if Mac Jones gives them a passing attack then that could be enough to really put them over the top and keep them in the playoff discussion. It is pretty crazy how many chips Miami pushed in this year. Anything short of the playoffs would be a massive, massive disappointment on their end imo considering the resources spent to make their team happen.

I will say that Mac Jones getting rated so highly by the players in the top 100 gives me pause. If the players are expecting him to be great then maybe I should be, too

IMO, the Pats will split games with Bills, Dolphins, and possibly the Jets. Will be a competitive div.

Having said that, if Pats get their O in order, seems like they have good pieces in place, they could battle the Bills for 1st place. The defense seems faster and harder hitting than last season so this will help.

Unless there is some kind of disaster, the Bills should take this division. I will also state that the Jets have a better shot at winning this division than the Dolphins. It wouldn't surprise me if the Jets end up as a 9-8 club and are very competitive in almost all their games.

You make a good point. Pats are unsteady for a couple of years now, Bills look very solid. Dolphins and Jets are hungry too. Could be bloodbath in the AFCE, similar to AFCW, although overall the teams in West are better, IMO.

I would not bet against the Pats coach, he will get the most out of his roster from start to finish of the season.

Buffalo has done everything to bolster the starters and don't have great depth. A couple of key injuries and they'll be fighting the Jets for third place. Not being a wise ass here. Josh Allen does not take early hits well and never has. The Bills have a huge target on their backs and they don't have the second easiest schedule like 2021. If they can stay completely health7. they'll win the division. The first four games will give everyone some idea of how good they will be. @Rams, Titans, @ Dolphins and @Ravens. They could start 1-3.
