Mac Jones looks to be a bust? Maybe you're Daniel Jones?
The kid has been getting pressured more than any other QB.
His oline is in shambles.
RBs have been injured and or have a case of the fumbles.
No #1WR to speak of. They barely have a #2.
Yet he still has a 70% completion rate. Hit on 19 consecutive passes. Handling the pressure extremely well.
Marched his team down in two games to possibly give them the win, only to have their K miss a 56 yarder in the rain and have a RB fumble inside the 10.
He had one bad game thus far.
He's already the second best QB in the division.
I was talking about Daniel. Although I don't like Mac all that much either. His ceiling is Cousins.
.........or shortest giant!So what?
Daniel Jones is pretty bad.
Heinicke is scrappy and tough, but more of a high end backup.
I personally wouldn’t take Hurts over Heinicke, but even if you would, that is saying Hurts is the tallest midget.
Of course you do...Kyler is the best right now but going forward, I've got it as:
1. Hurts
2. Kyler
3. Jones
4. Baker
5. Tua
Outside of Smith, the WR core sucks. Tough to grow with shit WRs.Murray seems to start off hot and break down by the end of the season. Plus he has some great veteran WRS right now but they will get old soon. Meanwhile Hurts has a very young WR core to grow with, I think it will allow him to be very prolific for one a long time once he develops while Murray will have to learn to play with lesser talent than he is accustomed to at WR at some point.

Jones has been rather good this year. Grades out that way too. That isn't saying much. Jones looks like a bust (last week notwithstanding) and Heinicke is a guy that WFT signed as a journeyman backup that has turned into a nice story, nothing more.
I notice Hurts still has one vote.
Just out of curiosity, let's look at how the young Alabama & Oklahoma QBs are doing this season since these are the two linages that Jalen stakes claim to. And then let's speculate on going forward for their careers who will end up being the best and how they will rank.
Baker (year 4): 65.5%, 935 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT, 89.7 QB rating, 59 rushing yards & 1 rushing TD.
Kyler (year 3): 76.1 %, 1,273 yards, 9 TD, 4 INT, 115.0 QB rating, 109 rushing yards & 3 rushing TDs.
Tua (year 2): 54.8%, 215 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT, 74.0 QB rating, 4 rushing yards & 1rushing TD.
Hurts (year 2): 66.2%, 1,167 yards, 7 TD, 2 INT, 101.1 QB rating, 226 yards & 1 rushing TD.
Mac Jones (year 1): 70.0%, 1,012 yards, 4 TD, 5 INT, 84.7 QB rating, 7 rushing yards & 0 TD.
